clave en el apoyo a familiares que luchan contra un trastorno de la conducta alimentaria (TCA).<\/strong> <\/span>Estos trastornos pueden generar sufrimiento tanto en la persona afectada como en su entorno, por lo que la familia tiene un rol crucial en brindar estabilidad emocional, paciencia y comprensi\u00f3n. <\/span><\/h4><h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os proponemos algunas <\/span><b>pautas de acompa\u00f1amiento emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: Incluso si no entiendes completamente lo que est\u00e1 viviendo, demuestra que est\u00e1s presente y dispuesto a escucharla.<\/span><\/h4><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h4><b>Valida sus emociones:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Aunque sus pensamientos pueden parecer irracionales, como sentir culpa por comer, es importante que se sienta comprendida. Reafirma que est\u00e1s a su lado en cada etapa del proceso, tanto en los d\u00edas buenos como en los dif\u00edciles.<\/span><\/h4><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h4><b>Evita culpabilizar o responsabilizar:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0No le atribuyas la causa del problema ni critiques su comportamiento. Evita presionar para que \u00abmejore r\u00e1pido\u00bb o para que cambie de comportamiento. Recuerda que su proceso es personal y \u00fanico.<\/span><\/h4><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h4><b>No impongas plazos para la recuperaci\u00f3n:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Cada persona se recupera a su propio ritmo. Generar un entorno de seguridad emocional permite que se abra y conf\u00ede en los dem\u00e1s.<\/span><\/h4><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h4><b>Evita los desencadenantes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Las conversaciones sobre dietas, el peso o la apariencia f\u00edsica pueden desencadenar ansiedad y conductas alimentarias da\u00f1inas. Evita frases como \u00abtienes que comer m\u00e1s\u00bb o \u00abdebes ganar peso\u00bb. En su lugar, usa frases que refuercen la salud mental y el bienestar, como \u00abme preocupo por c\u00f3mo te sientes\u00bb o \u00abestoy aqu\u00ed para apoyarte en lo que necesites\u00bb.<\/span><\/h4><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h4><b>Presta atenci\u00f3n a las se\u00f1ales no verbales:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0A veces, la persona no expresa verbalmente su malestar.
